New role created to consolidate the corporate Operations Technology, Process Technology, Process Services, Data Systems, and Process Innovation groups. Team builds upon the 5-year digital roadmap, executes systems deployments, builds adoption and operationalization, and develops new technology from concept to full-scale deployment in multiple facilities. Team has responsibility for all digital applications in the operations space including both manufacturing and supply chain as well as facilitating the documentation and sharing of best practices between the plants. The Operations Technology team supports all of the machine control systems and plant production networks to insure reliability and security. Consolidating these teams together has created alignment across the different groups and allowed for improved deployment efficiency and more speed to value for the plants.
Responsible for the development of the Plant of the Future strategy using Industry 4.0 tools and management of the execution plan to achieve the vision. One of the early adopters of the Agile philosophy, I led the new product development team to create a new shingle in less than 8 months from initial discussion to launch.
Responsible for managing projects across multiple manufacturing plants and various roofing technologies. Projects include qualification of new/ alternate raw materials, new product development and scale-up, technical support for various facilities and large cost improvement projects. Manage team of 8 Process Managers located throughout the US.

The first wellness fair included the mobile mammogram bus. One of our most tenured operators decided to get tested and they discovered a lump. She was able to start treatment and survived.Â
